Senior Peace Care provides a concierge membership service that assists members with tasks including, but not limited to, travel booking, insurance navigation, appointment scheduling, bill assistance, home repair coordination, and general errands, delivered primarily by phone.
Membership is billed monthly at the rate shown on our Pricing page at the time of sign-up. Membership renews automatically each month until cancelled. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice to existing members.

Senior Peace Care is a coordination and concierge service. We do not provide medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice, and we are not a substitute for licensed professionals in those fields. Any assistance with insurance, bills, or paperwork is administrative in nature.
Where we book or coordinate services from third parties (hotels, contractors, insurers, etc.), those third parties are responsible for their own services. Senior Peace Care is not liable for the acts, omissions, or quality of service of independent third parties.
Members agree to provide accurate information necessary for us to perform requested tasks, and understand that some requests may take time to complete depending on third-party response times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Senior Peace Care shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
