Senior Peace Care membership is billed monthly at $9.95/month (or the then-current rate shown on our Pricing page). Your billing date is set to the date you originally signed up.
You may cancel your membership at any time by calling 512-566-1206 or emailing hello@seniorpeacecare.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you'll continue to have access to membership benefits through that period.
Membership fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun, since our team's time is allocated to member requests throughout the month. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us within 14 days and we'll review it.
If a concierge request is already in progress with a third party (e.g., a hotel booking or contractor appointment) at the time of cancellation, that third party's own cancellation terms will apply.
There is no minimum commitment period. You may cancel after your first month with no penalty.
If we change membership pricing, existing members will be notified in advance and may cancel before the new rate takes effect.
